It's a good stop between Austin and somewhere so it is not the best place but it has hookups there's no shade it's kind of in a parking lot but La Mesa has good things to buy if you did them
We stay here a lot when we're traveling between Austin and Colorado it's a great free spot with electricity and water and not a lot of frills! Nice town!

We happened upon this nice park on our way to New Mexico. We were very impressed with this small RV park. First off it was free, it is a quiet area and the the people in the area were nice! We plan to stop there the next time we going that direction. It's a perfect stop to break up the trip…
This is a nice small park City owned RV Park with about 6 slots. This is a first come first served park no reservations. It has electric and water no sewer connects. The best yet it is free for three days.
