Staff is rude and sketchy

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN RV PARK GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. This place is very sketchy. Husband and I called about availability for a monthly spot as he will be working in Austin for a little bit and was told they had spots available just need to do a background check. No problem not my first rodeo understand most places do background checks, we filled out all of our information for them and paid the fee after telling them we needed it as soon as possible as we were driving in that weekend. We could rough it a few days but it's now been two full weeks since we've heard anything from them. When we tried calling they made us feel like we were being jerks for following up on itand said they would call us when it came back..... No word. Neither of us have ever been in trouble like ever and we are the most boring people out there so there is no way a background check would ever take this long. I have run background checks in every state for all types of people for my previous job and they Never take two freaking weeks. This place scammed us to make a quick cheap fee. I I'm sure our information was never run and they just figured they'd get the money and move on. Judging by previous reviews of this place from years ago sounds like the same"staff" is still working there

A place to sleep...

It’s a place to sleep. That’s all it really has going for it. Noisy and dirty. It’s more of a long term place.
