The creek bed is the designated off-road area, and campers without four-wheel drive should scout the route first, as the soil turns sandy and loose closer to the water. No drinking water is available on site. Pit toilets and trash containers are provided. One reviewer noted graffiti as an ongoing issue, and rain can make the creek bed access difficult or impassable.
