It is what it is

We needed to do some repairs to our truck after a hell storm, we need to be around the Dallas, Garland, McKinney area, and this is a perfect location, quiet, but yet close to everything we needed, there are three parks we were at the newer park, so little trees at the moment, gravel, but the staff is great, it’s quiet. Nice laundry room with everything that works great. The Wi-Fi was not good that would be my only complaint.there’s a good little barbecue place not far, will be back when we need to go back and visit family in the garland area.

This is a full time trailer park

AS far as trailer parks go this one is ok, gravel roads and pads. there are full connections as well as a laundry facility but that is about it. certainly not a vacation destination.
