Clean and nice

Kind lady took our reservation over the phone. Clean place. The hookups looked fairly new. New plantings around. A bit of traffic noise but almost no traffic.

Nice place

Neat and clean. The reservation was taken by a kind lady offsite. Easy directions to the site. Nice off leash dog park. All the hookups seemed new. There is occasional road noise but very little traffic.

Affordable but bare bones

This is our first trip into Texas and we came in from Carlsbad. There are several options in Fort Davis and this one was affordable at $30 for full hook ups. Pick your site and the host drops off a nice welcome packet that includes local pecans. Aside from newly planted trees and a dumpster, there’s nothing at the park. It’s a dirt lot, but it serves its purpose. If your looking for fancy or anything above hookups- this is not for you. Minutes from town and the Fort at Fort Davis and a just down the road from the state park for some nice hiking. It’s a cute town with enough to keep you busy for a day or three
