Great Place to Stay!

We took our kids for a quick weekend trip and had a great time. We took our 2 dogs with us and had no trouble at all. There is a decent little playground across the river for the kids also near a fenced in dog play area so we were able to let the dogs play while the kids had fun and we relaxed. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Park

We found this park as we were traveling and they were very helpful over the phone. Great staff and friendly! All sights are concrete and very clean and beautiful park. Close to the highway but couldn’t hear any traffic at our sight. We were behind the office overlooking the gazebo. Beautiful landscaping! Would like to have seen more planned events. There is a creek to fish in and a great dog park. There is an adult section at back but limited on fifth wheel sights there. It was evident that it was originally for coaches. Great little store at office was fun. We had to move towards end of stay to the sight next to us, as someone had reserved the sight we were in. Overall our stay was good! Cell phone use: Verizon had one bar and AT&T had all four. We have both carriers and we’re able to just use AT&T until you leave and get across the highway then Verizon works.

Amazing resort with lots of amenities

We stayed one night, but we plan to come back and stay a week later this year.

Pros:

  • Long pull through sites.
  • They have several types of sites: back-in, pull through, head in.
  • Two pools, one is adults only.
  • Super large dog park, if you have dogs (we have a cat).

Cons:

  • A little on the spendy side, but proximity to San Antonio and Fredericksburg, as well as amenities, are likely reasons.

  • Wifi was spotty, but it is also not guaranteed. If Internet is important, bring a hotspot or use cel phone.

Awesome Park

We stopped here for an overnight and wished we had stayed longer. The sites are top notch and are all concrete from what we could see. This park is highly maintained and everything we saw or touched showed that the owners took pride in their business. We will be coming back this way and we will plan to stay longer and take advantage of the other park features. The staff on the phone to reserve for the night was friendly and very helpful with getting us a spot. Our reservation with a map was on the door as we arrived mid afternoon and our spot was easy in and out. I would highly recommend this park.

Truely a Great RV Park

Very spacious cement pads with plenty of room for my 44’ motorhome and Jeep. Saw one motorhome with huge trailer on same pad. Three sections: Adult section, common section and Casita section. Two pools, including one adult only pool. Huge rally room with kitchen. Clean laundry room and library. Beautifully maintained grounds.
