This place is magical. We rode our bikes around the vineyards and enjoyed every single moment. Would come back next time for sure.

We couldn't believe how empty it was, super close to the park and met some great people. Our water heater and furnace broke down and few people were willing to help. Not many long term people which is great. The office let me borrow the surge protector for the time I was there, Carol was great.

This place is crowded, but safe. Far from the highways and the stip. I forgot my surge protector here. The office manager was kind to keep it in safe place for me until I found a way to get it to ship back home. Probably will never stay here again. Washer and dryer are 2 dollars each and in ok shape.

This place is new and their facility is prestine with great FREE washing machines and all new hookups. The bad is it alligns with the airport runway perfectly, right next to the railway and highway. Most people are there full time and some keep dogs outside. As long as you are ok with all those aspects, you will be ok. We god a great night sleep even with all the noise.

We ended up changing our trip last minute and ended up in Ceder Hill. It was the closest place to Dallas and most attractive. Once we saw the spot, we fell in love with it. This is what RV life is supposed to be everywhere. And it only costs $25 a night, plus $5 per person.

Brand new Gorgeous Resort with all the amenities. Staff is super nice and there to help. Only stayed for one night, will stay longer next time.
