South on IH-35, Exit 266 to the red light, thru the red light move one lane to right and then up to the stop sign at double bridge. Cross IH-35 then North to billboard at Market Street. Go right .3 mile to the park. North on IH-35, Exit 265 to billboard at Market St. Go right .3 mile to the park.

no picnic tables .. gravel lots .. concrete patio .. water good .. sewer and electric .. easy back in slanted lots .. no fire rings .. quiet for being close off I-35 .. laundry by office $20 with passport America

Convenient and affordable location

We have had a couple of stays here in our 26-ft travel trailer and really enjoyed the cleanliness and convenience. Good customer service and will definitely visit again!

RV Park Close to Austin

Nice RV park near Georgetown Texas about 20 north of Austin. They are a mile or so off of I 35 which makes this a easy to access. They have ample space and lots of amenities. Nice choice for long term or just passing through. They can handle large and small rigs. Your are close to Hutto and Georgetown which have a great selection of restaurants and shops. It’s also near the Berry Spring Preserve which has great picnic and an interesting history.

Nice campground

It’s a great find along the highway. Clean and nice spots. It’s great for staying on your way to Austin.
