Two Rivers Landing RV Resort

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Sitting along the river just outside downtown Sevierville, Two Rivers Landing RV Resort runs as a single-road layout with sites on both sides, making it straightforward to navigate regardless of rig length. The resort accommodates rigs up to 65 feet and is open year-round, with full hookups throughout. Concrete pads are level and well-maintained, and the hedges planted between sites provide a degree of visual separation that most RV parks in the region don't offer.

Site assignment follows a tiered structure worth knowing before booking. Larger Class A rigs get the pull-in riverfront spots, which face open water with pasture visible on the opposite bank. Fifth wheels and travel trailers are positioned in a second row with a more limited view. James E. calls it "full hookups all in great condition and clean, level concrete pads," and cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers comes up repeatedly across reviews. No campfires are permitted on site.

The resort sits in a corridor that funnels traffic toward Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so summer weekends bring significant road congestion. Budget extra drive time for any Smokies-bound trips. Several restaurants are within a short drive, and the area near Smoky Mountain Knife Works has open space for walking and biking, with rural side roads accessible by bike. Campers exploring places to camp around Sevierville will find the area fairly dense with options. Riverside RV Park & Resort sits close by for those who want to compare before committing.

Quiet, Beautiful, Clean Campground

This is among the cleanest RV campgrounds I've ever been in.  It is a single road with lots on both sides...very easy for pull-in's, back-in's regardless of rig size.  Full hookups all in great condition and clean, level concrete pads.  Bathroom and shower facilities are extremely clean.  The hedges that separate lots make for some really good privacy.  The riverfront lots have a beautiful view of the river that are embellished by the beautiful pastures visible on the other side.

This area is truly the mouth of the the funnel that all visitors go through to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so in the summer - and especially on weekends - you can still budget an hour or more getting from here to Smoky Mountains.  However, there are a lot of great restaurants within 15 minutes driving distance from here.

The area behind Smoky Mountain Knife Works is mostly quiet, and plenty of space to do some walking, running and biking.  And, for the bike riders, there are some side roads that quickly get you more rural for some scenic biking.

Nearby restaurants we tried:  Chubby's (large-portion very good comfort food), Aubrey's (upscale restaurant, also very good food on the higher end).

We'd definitely come back here again, but you'd feel strapped down without a car.

Very nice

It’s really a pretty little campground. Price is average for area. Spots are super easy to maneuver into. The sites have hedges on either side, which make the sites more private. Although the sites are very narrow . We are in the fifth wheel/trailer sites. We liked it here and would stay again.

Half of the spots face the river (pull in). All concrete and level, large sites. Great water pressure. Lots to do in the area.

Clean, safe - specific audience

Clean and safe but very close together sites and while convenient to I-40 it’s a ways from the attractions in the area.

Pull ins for class As on the river which do afford a nice view...

Laundry and baths are pristine and worked great.

Has a good playground we used thoroughly. (Also a pool but too cold for us to use).

Wifi was ok if you could connect to the 5G network but unusable otherwise and did not work in laundry room.

Beautiful campground

This is a beautiful and quiet campground. Not all staff members are the friendliest. Staffing would be a 2 star. Pool is a 5 star. View when you can see it is a 5 star. Two negative issues and to my wife and I the one is a big negative. The campground is set up by money. And what I mean by that is, class A and larger get the water views. 5th wheel and travel trailers get the 2nd class view behind the big money class A. Your 3rd class would be the pop up campers and conversion campers. Sorry guys you are not allowed in the park. No camp fires allowed in the park. 🤬 We have been to a lot of parks and what is odd about this one is that no one will talk to you. You say hi or good morning and nothing in return. Felt strange.
