We have 70 sites and are currently building more sites for our luxury RV spaces. Brand new owners have taken this over and they are making improvements daily and are super excited to meet you! We also have our brand new Otters Cove Bar and Grill on site we offer Pontoon rentals and golf cart rentals!

Exit 407 or exit 412 off of Highway 40 leads you right to us… We are just off of Douglas Dam and Hwy 66 on Douglas Lake in Sevierville TN. Turn right at the damn store and we are the first Campground on the right… You will see the marina pull in or call us from there and we will meet you and show you to your site!
