REAL CAMPING EXPERIENCE - Crowley's Cove is a base station to the Great Smoky Mountains. Close enough to enjoy all areas around, but far enough away not to worry about traffic, noise, and people. Nestled along the edge of Douglas Lake, 10 minutes from Dandridge or Kodak. We are a great stopping point during a long trip with easy access to I-40 off exit 412 for travel in all directions.

The space

⭐We now offer a campfire area, small patio with remote hanging lights. (campfire is propane gas)

Our brand new 2024 Wildwood Platinum 22ERAS Camper is setup in a semi-private cove on our property. We are located within a quaint lakeside community between Dandridge, TN and Kodak, TN right along the beautiful Douglas Lake back dropped by the Great Smoky Mountains.

This site is more private than most RV Parks on a 1/2 acre fenced lot. Campsite is away from the road, setup next to a garden area with trees along the back and sides. Our area is very quiet and away from the main road. *PLEASE NOTE: this is a camping experience, this is not a home, condo, cabin, etc. We offer a camper on a nice campsite. We are setup for 1 - 3 night stays, but may consider longer stays. Pet Parents must pickup after your pups, otherwise clean-up fee will be charged. Waste bags & trash can supplied.

*If you need a place to stay last minute, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to have the camper ready for your arrival.

*INCLUDED WITH STAY: 1 use of the indoor Self-Service Doggy Wash Station and unleashed Private Dog Park use (2hrs per day, must be scheduled with host)

Guest access

(1) Go west on Hwy 139 from Dandridge about 10 min then turn right on Ranch Rd. (2) Take Exit 412 (Deep Springs Road) off I-40 go south until the road dead ends at Hwy 139, turn left, go about 1/4 of a mile and turn left again onto Ranch Rd. (3) Go east on Hwy 139 from Kodak about 10 min, then make left hand turn onto Ranch Rd. We are the house on the left before you go around the corner. Go down lower driveway (you will see the camper at the end of that driveway). Go through the double gate and park directly in front of the camper.

Other things to note

You will have hot/cold running water, electric, sewer, A/C, heat, small fans, king size bed in a private bedroom, a single fold-up cot with pad and reclining sofa for the kids in the living area. Plenty of room to setup your own tent or canopy near the camper or in the grass area. Please NOTE: hot water is a tankless water heater, and water is run from a pump. Water pressure is decent, but not like residential shower. We are setup for all season camping; we provide 3 heating sources. A standup electric heater, the electric fireplace and the full RV gas heater. We provide plenty of extra blankets & the RV under carriage fully insulated.

*We have enough sleeping space for 3 adults + 1 child. RV King size bed, foldable camping cot with pad and 2 reclining sofas.

FYI, there are 2 great spots to go for food and views of the lake. Verardi's on the Lake & Cowboy's Bar & Grill at Lakeside Resort. About 2 minutes west of our campsite. Grocery store & Ice Cream Shoppe about 5 min west on Hwy 139.

We offer many great extras, just take a look at our list of items. As of just a few months ago, the yard is now fully fenced and secured by a gate. We can also provide a lock and key for the gate if you prefer. A small table with chairs, extra outdoor chairs, portable gas grill w/propane, retractable awning all included with the campsite.
