Smoky Mountain Lake LLC (Lake Smoky Sites)

We have re-opened 3 overnight campsites at our LAKEFRONT cabin and long-term campsite rental location. These 3 sites overlook Douglas Lake on the Sevierville side of the Smoky Mountains. This is a 9 Acre Gated Point. Your small RV or Camper must be totally self-contained with a bath and shower because we are only offering FULL HOOKUPS with NO BATHROOM FACILITIES at this location. No Class A, tents or pop-ups are allowed. Only SMALL pull-behinds and class B or C Motorhomes of less than 25 feet will be allowed. The reason is Gator Point Road (Sevierville, TN) is GRAVEL for 5/10 of a mile with one PAVED hill being pretty steep. Property owners with large Class A's and boats go in and out of this location on a regular basis, however, we only want HAPPY CAMPERS. In addition, these sites are from 40 to 60 feet long with a 90-degree back-in with no loop road offered to turn around when you depart. Therefore, those of you that having small rigs equipped with a full bathroom will get to enjoy this wonderful location that our cabin guests and long-term campers have enjoyed here since the 1980s. For the 2026 Season, we are not allowing campfires at the campsites due to the severe drought the area is experiencing. Need a cabin, we have 5 rental cabins on site. Bringing a boat? We have a launch and slip space available (based on availability for an additional fee). Must be 25 year old to book. Pets allowed, but they must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended at any time during your stay.
