Smoky Mountain Lake LLC

We have just created 3 brand new campsites at our LAKEFRONT cabin rental location that overlooks Douglas Lake on the Sevierville side of the Smoky Mountains. Your small RV or Camper must be totally self contained with a bath and shower because we are only offering FULL HOOKUPS with NO BATHROOM FACILITIES at this location. No tents or popups are allowed. Only SMALL pull behinds and class B or C Motorhomes of less than 27 feet will be allowed. The reason is Gator Point Road is Gravel for is 5/10 of a mile with one PAVED hill being pretty steep. Property owners with large Class A's and boats go in and out but these sites will not hold large units and we only want Happy Campers. Therefore those of you that have small rigs with a bathroom will get to enjoy this wonderful location that our cabin guests and long-term campers have enjoyed here since the 1980s. For the 2026 Season, we are not allowing campfires at the campsites due to the severe drought the area is experiencing. Need a cabin, go to our main site for cabin information. We have a 25 year old age requirement.
