Management made stay terrible

We should have heeded warnings in other reviews and avoided this place. Managers are lazy and rude, do not respond to messages calls or texts. Moved our booked spot without speaking to us and told us it was an upgrade, it was not in a spot we desired due to having a toddler near the busiest part of the park. They had someone else parked in our spot so we had no choice. We had to figure this all out ourselves because when we got there no one was around and they simply left a map at the door with a different site number on it. The WiFi password was never sent and management did not email it until the next morning. The bathrooms were newly renovated but no shower curtains and were dirty. The pool was closed both days and locked, no notice given to campers. Email said pool was to be open. There are nice common areas that look very inviting, but whenever you go near them, a camera loudly broadcast that you were being recorded, and this continues all around the building with multiple cameras it just makes you feel very strange and unwelcome … When we finally reached a manager she was rude and told us that it seems we simply aren’t happy and that we could vacate immediately with a refund. We declined, as it was 8pm and we had a toddler asleep and a fully set up camp. This was truly the worst experience and expensive for the type of park that it is. Anywhere else this would maybe be a $40 at night stay however it was $90 a night here. From the photos, we thought this park was out in a quiet part of the country, but it is not and is on the edge of a city with a lot of traffic and an intersection with a Walgreens for a view..

Nice clean place

We came in last minute and the host and owner were able to accommodate us. Good space between campers. Very cute place. Super clean super quiet (except for some traffic) perfect spot to stop. Handy gas station / market walking distance.

Excellent Location

Under new management. Nice, small overall campsite. There can be a little bit of road noise from the highway nearby. Kayaks for rent. Large creek on site with access. Pool will be open in the summer.

Excellent campground

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Small campground which was nice, and it was quiet. They have firewood, charcoal, and ice for sale on the honor system, which was nice. They just have you keep track of how many of each you use during your stay and fill out an envelope and can have them just charge the card on file which was nice not needing cash. The owners were on site all the time and were very nice. They are welcome to all pets, just need to sign a waiver if you have a breed that’s considered “aggressive”. Pricing was also very good for the area which.

Absolutely Fantastic RV Campground!

First time staying here and we absolutely love it! The campground is so clean, safe and adorably decorated. The owners have thought of everything. Each site is perfect and has a bbq and campfire ring. Very clean and well maintained. They also have little cabins to rent for those that don’t have a camper or rv. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. There is firewood, charcoal and ice for purchase. Wonderful laundry and bath facilities. A small store and soon a pool. Would highly recommend. Family friendly. Looking forward to another visit.

Really nice and well kept!

The owners were a really nice couple. They have put a lot of thought and time in building and "decorating " the. campground. Some sites a sort of close but most are satisfactory.  We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect location and beautifully kept!

Very clean and beautifully decorated campground located on the backside of Sevierville away from all those crowds on the main strip. Check in was simple, owners are very attentive, and grounds are beautifully kept. There’s laundry on site, and ice-firewood-charcoal are readily available all hours of the day and night. There are hammocks and swings on the riverbank for anyone to enjoy and during the summer campers get an hour of tubing or kayaking in the Little Pigeon River as part of their reservation. Campground is just about a 10 minute drive from Pigeon Forge or Dollywood. Road noise is a little loud from our campsite, but other than that it’s perfect. We’ll definitely stay here again!

A Little Slice of Heaven

We absolutely love this place. Small quiet little campground while still close to everything we needed. Wi-Fi was good, cell signal was good. They have everything you need to make your trip comfortable and their bathrooms looked brand new and immaculate. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (Lonnie helped me back in and hook up). With a little notice Lonnie even set up three kayaks for us to paddle around the river.

Great campground!

The owners are wonderful and this campground has great amenities. It is small and the sites are kind of close together, but the sites by the river have plenty of space for the kids to play.

Terrific campground

This is a terrific campground.  It is very, very clean clean and incredibly well decorated.  We stayed there in August, 2019.  Besides the usual paved, level campsites, they have small cabins and a clean bath house.  The owners, as others have said, are terrific and very helpful.  The campground also has a "gathering place" which provided us and others an outdoor venue to watch the very first college football game of the season.  A good time was had by all.  This campground is NOT on the main drag in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville and that is a good thing.  It is a very convenient "home base" with easy access to Dollywood, the Smoky Mountain Ntl Park, Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg via Veteran's Parkway.  Did I mention the bald eagles that hang out by the campground?  They are quite a treat.

Amazing first impression !!

This is a small but excellent gem of a campground. Being in this area the traffic is awful but this place is away from that traffic but still close enough to enjoy everything. The back way into Gatlinburg is a direct shot from the entrance. Also close to Dollywood and the attractions of Pigeon Forge. Very easy drive to groceries, restaurants and gas. Campsites are level and the help with setup is better than anyplace I have ever been. Do not look anywhere else, this is the place to book your next visit to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and the beautiful Smoky Mountains!!!

No expense spared!

This is a new campground and it seems as if they spared no expense! Everything is super nice and there are a lot of little touches that were put into it to make it special - like a telescope so you can look at the eagles. The landscaping looks great, but again - it's a new campground so it isn't mature just yet. They have a few cabins too. We filled up on propane while we were here and the campground is right behind a gas station which made it easy to fill up on the way out of town. We chose this campground because it is the closest one to family we were visiting and are glad we did. The owners are super nice and helpful and are working hard to make this a super destination. One quick note - there isn't a bathroom for the RV sites - only one for the cabins.

Brand new campground - friendliest hosts!!

All paved sites, lots of amenities, on the water and the hosts/owners are the best!! Beautiful campground. Not much shade because it's all brand new. They even have kayaks for you to check out. Not in the busyness of Pigeon Forge area, but close enough to go. Try them.

Great campground, great people

We took a last minute trip to Sevierville and found few campgrounds available. I stumbled upon Duvall via google and made a reservation. I’m so glad I did! the owners were so helpful even when I had to change my plans again. upon arrival everything was ready to go. The campground was immaculate and each site looked level and paved. Leon was there to help back in and set up if needed. we had a spot along the river and watch the fish swim along. there are multiple glider rockers and hammocks available too. While sitting by the water I watched an eagle splash down in the river grabbing lunch. they had lots of supplies available if needed including firewood, charcoal, propane, air, and water. it’s a great place at a great price!

You will never find nicer!

By far the nicest campground we have ever stayed. Full hookups at every perfectly level site.

Owners will even back up and set up your rig.

Its small but don't let that deceive you, it's small for a reason.

Close to Gatlinburg yet it feels remote and is quiet.
