Great camp next to lake.

It was a bit out of the way from the interstate. Even passed one 4 way intersection in the middle of nowhere where I'm pretty sure you could make a deal with the devil. Lol. Camp had plenty of spaces, most with fire rings. Vault toilets. Lake was beautiful and boating was common. Saw some watersports, lost of people fishing from boats. And the most spectacular morning of watching the flocks of birds diving at the water to get food with the morning colors in the background I've ever seen. So don't miss that early morning coffee to see that show. Only problem we had, was it was near cow and horse pasture and there was literally poo on the road before camp. Being so close to that, the flies were the worst we have ever experienced in our lives. While we did stay 2 nights for free, we had to sit inside our bug canopy and still had to have a fly deterrent (swatters, hand towel, whatever) to even manage. Tip: cook outside your bug canopy, or you draw the bugs inside your canopy. All said, a great camp minus the bugs which may or may not be the case when you go. Also, there isn't much fuel to be had in the area, so be sure to have plenty of gas before you head that way.
