Cruel to employees

They lie to your face. Catherine Thagard is downright racist. She is claims policies that are not written. They threaten you, and are horifically aggressive. They bend their "rules" and policies dependent on "who" you are. Most importantly, they treat their employees horribly. Only stay here if you want to fund a racist, masaginistic company that willingly abuses their staff.

I'm sorry for your experience but you are not referring to the Lincoln City location. The managers in Lincoln City are Jim and Rhonda.

Tidy cosy clean friendly RV park

It was wonderful stay… very well looked after place with a nice newspaper delivery in the morning. Staff was super dog loving and friendly. There were little dog fenced areas, which is super thoughtful. The tv park so beautiful planted, reception has this cosy communal area with kitchen, living room ( books dvds games TV) clean showers and spa ( hot tub) , clean laundry room. Super great communication with staff via online. Perhaps only small things like very busy street near by ( which u can’t hear when u are in RV park) and WiFi is weak. The rest is AMAZING !!!!! Thank u !

Too big? No problem

It was a great.fathersday weekend with my boys. The view of the ocean is spectacular and everything in town is walking distance. The hot tub showers and laundry were all clean and nice. My rig was too big but the staff was super accommodating. I had a great time.

Good Base Camp

Our stay at the Lincoln City Premier RV Resort was good.  The space was clean and the utility hookups were well maintained and functional.  And, staff were very nice and accommodating.  We upgraded to a pull through and in hindsight should not have.  It was close to the road, and many of the trailers in the pull through section appeared to be long term occupants, at least a couple left early in the morning for work and returned in the afternoon.  The location although easy to get both north and south from because it is adjacent to the highway, was in a part of town that seemed a little economically depressed.  I would have rated it higher but for the price, I expected more.  UPDATE  We visited this park for a second time in 2023 and selected a back in site near the north east section of the park and loved it.  We are changing our rating to five stars.

Emergency stay

We needed some RV repairs and rented a spot in Lincoln City at Premier to stay while getting them done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facilities clean and comprehensive. It’s a bit less private and less natural than our preferred choice, but it ended up being perfect for our needs as we could walk to the market, the beach and even some restaurants and shopping. If you like quiet do not rent one of the spaces up front. The back of the park is much quieter and more treed.

Wonderful RV Resort Spot in Lincoln City

My family and I really enjoyed this very well maintained beautiful RV resort for a quick getaway for the weekend. The host was very helpful and friendly. We woke up to an amazing view and enjoyed a few drinks watching the sunset in the evening. Close to the beach, Oregon Coast Aquarium and many restaurants and gift shops. I would definitely bring my family back for another weekend in the near future.

Great location!

Although the sites are very tight and close to each other, this park offers all the amenities you need. Owners are wonderful and make this a special place by offering ice cream socials, Sunday donuts, happy hour and live music, all appropriately social distanced at this time, and always pleasant to deal with. Owners get an A+ for effort here.
