Port of Arlington RV Park & Marina

The price for FHU was very reasonable. Access to the wifi was great. The views were interesting. Once you get past the big industrial plant, the sunset in the river was nice.

4 trains rolled by in the middle of the night. They blew their horns every time.

I was too tired to carry on and found this spot. It’s right on the river…and just below the interstate…and the railroad tracks are super-close, but the $10 charge for dry-camping was perfect! There are a few picnic tables and watching the river was great!

There is a dump, a boat dock, super-clean bathrooms and outdoor showers.

We stayed at the Arlington RV Park and Marina in Arlington, Oregon in September 2021. This is a nice, small park that is directly beside the Columbia River on the Gorge. The sites are FHU and are level but a bit tight. We did get our fifth wheel in with careful maneuvering. Be forewarned that it is very windy here on the gorge and we would advise getting your leveling jacks down without using Legos so as to have extra firm footing. Also, be careful not to leave your awnings out unattended. They also have boondocking on the upper part of the lot directly on the river. It was much too windy and cool here for my liking so we stayed in the lower FHU sites. Very beautiful area here to walk and enjoy the river and city park. We would definitely stay here again. Not sure of the price for an Rv slot. Beautiful river view. Some tent pads, level area for my van to park and sleep. Great breezes today.

Not necessarily a campground, but great rest stop with clean bathrooms, grassy area to lay, and docks for leisure, swimming, etc. This site is well manacures. Playground available. Dogs are not allowed in specific areas.
