Love's Travel Stop is on Highway 97 right next door to Pilot Truck Stop. You can get gas, diesel, and propane here. They have an RV dump station, restrooms and they provide showers, both charge a fee. They also have a coin-operated laundry facility and a small dog park. I haven't had any issue with staying overnight and sleeping in my car. It's safe, and with it being a truckstop, there is always activity. I'm not sure if they have actual hookups for RVs, but they do provide free wifi. The convenience store sells a little bit of everything.
