Location & recent upgrades

Pacific City is a gem. You can walk to the beach, dunes, waves, campfire on the beach, brewery, super extensive market, gear rentals, indoor pool, coffee shop, restaurants - they’re all right here. Want to head into the cute town - borrow a cruiser bike from the gear shop. Want to sand surf the dune - borrow a sand board. Did I mention the delicious pizza place and pelican brewery. It’s just awesome. We’ve stayed at Harts Camp, Cape Kiwanda RV and the hotel. Each have a different vibe so it depends on what you’re going for. But you can’t go wrong.

Easy set up.

Dry docked at the site for one night. Place is very clean and well maintained. Only drawback is a singular shower for the many guests. Drydocking was 55 dollars so would be expecting a bit more in the shower department. Also people locked the door to the restroom from the inside so you could not access it while they were in there. Not the sites fault just bad manners on people there.

Lots of bunnies who show no fear and will approach you so keep an eye on your dog if you bring one!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Directly across from Cape Kiwanda beach and the Pelican Brewery. The RV park has full hookups with 30 and 50 amps, fire pits, picnic tables and a play area. It is gated. All spaces are gravel and not so level. If you stay in their Airstreams - those sites are deluxe. They have outdoor showers, lawn areas with fire pits and decks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can also request a bicycle and they will bring it to you to ride around town.

Walk to the Beach!

Easy walk to the beach! Located just across the street from Pelican Brewery and the beach. We love staying here. 5 star location. A bit pricey for what you get though. The RV spots are very basic, so don’t expect much. Utilitarian, no trees, basic sites. However the location makes up for it.
