Threatening and know it all owner

I was contacted by the company who owns this site. Automatically the individual had threatening words to me as in, you need to go buy a tent now. We have the right to remove you from premises right now. Terrible customer service, and after spending money for the service they provide. They will just take away everything from you and kick you off the princess. The owner also likes to redefine what objects and vehicles are. Also, like to redefine vocabulary words. I would stay away from this place due to helter-kelter atmosphere.

Didn’t feel like camping at all

Bottom line: If you’re just passing through, or you don’t want to “camp”, then sure, it ain’t bad.

Pros: near a city / lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Next to a marina to drop a boat in the water.

Cons: legitimately on a main road. It’s all cement, offering no “camping” feeling. No trees/overhead cover. Charge to drain black water tanks. Near impossible fishing without a boat (fences everywhere and “fishing prohibited” from any and all docks)

RV park owners are getting too far away from creating a comfortable, relaxing environment. They are raising prices, reducing plot sizes (stacking RV’s and campers on top of each other) and cutting down trees to maximize space in the name of profit margins.

Nice county park

Clean and close to town. Lots of good restaurants nearby (~2 miles). Most sites are paves. Most sites have water year round except the center ones. Decent showers but it costs $0.25 for 2.5 minutes. Sewer dump station costs $15 per use.

2 week at a time limit. Total 60 days a year limit.

Clean and well spaced out

Reservations are made online or there are some first come first serve spaces. We made a reservation in advance when we arrive there is no host but your spot has a reserved sticker on it.

Park is small but clean and the sites are well spaced out. Lots of greenery around

Location is close to town but still feels like you are in your own little world. Beautiful walking paths line the water. A must visit for sure!

Kayak on Scappoose Bay from your campground

Pretty clean, but not necessarily level RV parking on asphalt. Nice picnic tables and fire pit. Partial hookups 30Amp and H2O. Not sure where a local dump station might be...

Located right next to a public boat ramp and Next Adventure where you can rent boats... or bring your own for kayaking on Scappoose Bay.

Convenient, safe, quiet, with all the benefits of small cities minutes away

I love staying here! It's a small campground but the sites are a generous 25' wide with 10' separating, so even with

slides and/or awnings out, you're not on top of your neighbor(s). All sites have water, 20/30 or 50amp service, a fire ring, and a picnic table. Both paved and gravelled sites are available. Individual sites don't have sewer hookups, though, there are a few grey water dump locations scattered throughout the campground, and a couple dump stations just a few miles away. In addition, it sounds like they're working on adding a full, automated, dump station by the summer, 2021. There's also a boat launch and restrooms with coin-operated showers. They also offer wifi, though, we've not found it to be reliably strong or consistent at the actual campsites. Cell phone service, 4G, (at least Verizon Wireless and Tmobile) seems to work pretty well most of the

time, though, at times and/or during some weather, they can be a bit laggy (of course, that could be affected by our individual phones too, I don't know). And, on top of all that, there's the convenience of being minutes away from a few little cities, and 30-40 minutes out of Portland-proper, so you're definitely able to get almost anything you might need; service, retail, eatery, etc, super conveniently!
