Very clean, park well maintained. Sites are large and level. Close to Texoma Lake, there is also access to the Red River. No WiFi or many local TV channels. I show 5G and 2 bars on Att phone.

Got in after gate had been locked. Manager worked with us earlier in the day so we were assured that we would have access
Picked a quiet pad and settled in for the night. Didn’t use any other amenities other than electric, but we’d like to go back when we have more time.
GuideQuiet and secure- great place for extended stay
Nice level pads, full hookups and a view of the river. Gated security, general store, propane and shower houses. Lots of golf carts and full timers.
Worth the price if you are looking for full hookup and a quiet spot but still pricey by the night.
River access is frowned upon. They have a playground and dog area I believe too but did not use.
