Within Uwharrie National Forest, 4B Farm and CampGround provides drive-in camping on both forested and open terrain near the lake. This private campground operates with electric hookups for RVs and allows campfires and pets throughout the grounds. Sites range from $20-60 per night with reservations available.
The facility includes restrooms, showers, and trash service for camper convenience. Other nearby options include Badin Horse Camp less than a mile south. The campground works well for RV campers seeking hookups within the national forest setting.

4B Farm has now become 4B Farm & Campground and is back open year-round! Located adjacent to the Uwharrie National Forest and at the Badin Lake Recreation Area, 4B Farm is a great destination for the outdoor enthusiast whether it’s trailriding on your horse or floating the waters of Badin or Uwharrie in your boat, kayak or canoe! One thing that hasn’t changed is that 4B is still proud to be part of the Cowboy Church Network by partnering with 4B Chapel to continue church services on the premises Sunday mornings. The Cowboy Church Network’s Jeff Smith is here on the 1st and 3rd Sundays to speak God’s word and previous owner, Larry Blackburn, continues to return on 2nd and 4th Sundays with God’s word. Everyone’s invited to come fellowship with food and coffee beginning at 8:15 am and hear the message at 8:30 am.

Equestrian Camping Packages:
Campsite and 2 Stalls is $60 per night Campsite and 2 Corrals is $40 per night Campsite and 1 Stall is $45 per night Campsite and 1 Corral is $35 per night Not camping and just want to leave your horse?
Stalls are $20 per night and we keep check on your horse friend while you are away. Just want to come camping?
Campsite Only is $30 per night Primitive Campsite Only is $20 per night Cabins are available too!
Smaller cabin (8′ x 12′) with deck entrance sits beside the bathhouse and includes a sink and coffee maker for $40 per night Larger cabins (12′ x 12′) with porches sit across from the pavilion and include a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker for $50 per night Horse Boarding is available as well.
Pasture boarding for a single horse is $150 per month. Pasture boarding for two horses is $250 per month. Pasture boarding for three or more horses is $100 each per month. For horses that require special schedules or only partial pasture time, please call and rates will be adjusted in order to acomodate your horses needs. All rates include sales tax where applicable. No reservation fees.
