Not bad

I have given this place a higher rating in the past but having returned multiple times I have to lower it. The positives are: the grounds are very well kept, most sites are a very nice size, owners are pleasant, very quiet and relaxing. If you have kids there is not a lot for them to do. As for the lack of stars...the owners are pleasant but are constantly policing everyone, I have been reprimanded (yes I mean reprimanded) because my dog was walking on the grass (on a leash), it seems they like it if you stay on your site at all times. all but one of the seasonal campers i encountered and was camping near are very rude, not all are well kept, one even mowed the grass at 730am on the site next owers paying no attention to my dog who was tied out or that he was shooting debris all over me and my stuff. The price is too high and the over all tone has gotten very odd. I MAY try again next year to see if it got better but could only tolerate once this year.

Quiet and clean

This was our first time staying here and based on some reviews I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised however. The park was clean and though the buildings and some equipment was old, it was well kept. The bathrooms were closed so I can't speak to that aspect of the place. The seasonal sites are dotted throughout the park and they are a mix of both old and new campers, with all being well groomed and kept neat. The C section (30 amp) has some shade trees and all grassy sites. Shared hook ups ( two sites on one pole) at the rear of the sites with the exception of sewer. Sites were sized well and management spaced out the reservafions so people camping together could be together, but then allowed empty sites in between each group. Cable hook up was old and although we couldn't get any channels our neighbors got about 10 on the antenna. Management keep social distancing easy by keeping the store closed and allowing firewood or store orders via text message with delivery to your site. Management were doing rounds often in the golf carts and stopped often to make sure you didn't need anything. We would go back again, especially if camping with friends.

Cute and quiet

Loved this campground! The guests and staff we all very welcoming. They have a great heated pool that our little one loved. Lots of space to run around and a cute mini golf area. We would definitely visit this campground again.
