Quiet

This was a great spot not too far from the main parts of town and had all the amenities you need. Did not see any tent camping but a great RV spot.

Welcome the Aliens

We stayed one night; called ahead and did an after hours check in. Nice dog run. Bathrooms are okay, showers need new curtains and one stall needs a good bleach and scrub.

Clean and quiet

The lady, forgive me for forgetting her name, seems to live on site and is very pleasant over the phone. She even greeted us after hours as we walked around. Very clean spot. Nothing sketchy or out of the ordinary. Bathrooms were pretty clean as well as the shower. Wifi is 4/5 stars. I would stay here on another trip with no question. They do have laundry, we didn’t need it, but good that it’s there.

Nice overnight park

Stayed while traveling from Carlsbad Cavern to Santa Fe. Nice little park (little pricy) but good overnight park.

No tents allowed

Many RV parks on this app show that tents are allowed but when you arrive they treat you like vagabond scum because you don’t have a $100,000 RV. This is one of them. Screw them.

Clean park

Quiet and clean. Racist and offensive items in office turned me off (anti- Mexican poster, statue of trump giving you middle finger next to it...) but I'd already paid by the time I looked around, or I would've left. Chose to not stay second night. Roswell is amazing and quite the city! Would've stayed except I felt unsafe as a person of color with this owner, per the decor of the gift shop and office area. Too bad😕. The park is rather nice, otherwise.

Safe harbor in a blizzard

Heading north on 285 as a winter vortex arrives. Operator very kind as I pull in after hours in a blizzard. Both 30 & 50 amp available. It was not my plan to stop here but I may get a couple days.

Friendly owners, well maintained

The restroom and laundry facilities were very clean and working properly. Great little stay to explore Roswell for a couple of days. No fires because it is NM but I was allowed to pull out my charcoal grill so I did not go hungry. Spots are organized great by size. Got to talk to a couple people also traveling in vans because of the proximity. Nice little Adobe hang out area that I used to cook on my grill.

Friendliest owners ever

The park is typical, but with Roswell Alien charm added. There are alien statues outside, and inside there is a quaint little shop. The owners are super friendly and the setup was easy to follow, no confusing signs. Bathrooms were good, shower was clean and had super hot water in mid December. We were treated very well here. Price is $35 a night, but that’s expected for the touristy town and winter season. Will stay here again anytime we drive thru NM. I suggest going downtown when everything opens back up.

Absolutely fantastic

This place is great! The owners are the nicest people we met in our journey from Oklahoma to California. So inviting and enthusiastic. Welcomed us with open arms. Highly recommend. Clean sites. Clean bathrooms. Full hook us and affordable.

Alienated!

Great RV park, not jammed in like humans on a spaceship! Layout was typical, our site did not have a picnic table, no dog park!🤷‍♀️
