Adorable campground

LOVED this campground and ended up staying 1 more night then we had planned. Super quiet and close to a lot of cute little towns. Lots of nice hikes nearby too!

Wonderful campground

Family owned/operated. Went during Covid restrictions in August 2020. The gentleman who runs the place was wonderfully helpful in questions about the area. The campsites are decent sized if a bit close together for tents. However they were also assigned at the front and placement of campers was well separated to account for the covid restrictions. Town was close by but also removed enough to give the great camping experience without needing to drive miles to get forgotten supplies. People camping there were pleasant as well as respectful of the additional rules. The dog also enjoyed his time there immensely, very dog friendly.

Close to the notch!

If you want to hike the notch, it doesn’t get much closer than here. Basic amenities, nothing fancy. far enough from the highway so that you don’t hear it. Littleton is close enough that if you’ve forgotten something, you can easily find it there. Open four seasons!

Right off the beaten path

Close to a main throughfare, tons of recreating to do in this area. Hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, literally anything outside. Just a few miles from grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Apple hill is about 1 mile off 302 just far enough away where you won't hear cars whizzing by but you won't need a quarter tank of gas to get that gallon of milk you forgot. The location is perfect.

Love staying here, the woods are quiet and serene, incredibly easy to park my camper with the pull through sites, bathrooms are simple but never dirty. Prices are unbeatable!

Nice place for the price

Older campground, friendly staff with lots of older seasonal sites. We paid $35 for a full hook up and had no problems. Rest rooms could use some updating, the large one was clean, the smaller one not so much and had no TP that day. The fire pits were full of ashes so maybe he only cleans it once a week and we were there on a Wednesday. For that price I would stay there again if I was in the area.
