Hardin KOA

We stayed for two nights and went to see Custers last stand. Pool was great for afternoon. Laundry and bathrooms clean and just fine. My only issue was the dump hook up at our FHU site. It was about 1ft above ground level and almost made it impossible to dump with an accordion hose. Other than that, great stay.

Clean, well maintained. Washing machine room is big and an adjacent room to wash your dog! This KOA has a Pizza/Wings store attached to office. Spoke to the new owners and told us of their expansion plan which is only waiting on permit approval from state/town. Adjacent to alfalfa fields, bring mosquito bug spray.

This is a koa campground. It’s a nice campground with full hookups. The camp hosts are nice and very helpful. We had another RV right next to us, about 5 ft away. On the other side of our RV was a nice green grassy area with a picnic table, which was nice. It was a great one nighter for us. Our neighbors were up at 5:00am. So no sleeping in for us, but It was perfect to visit Little Big Horn, only 15 minutes away.

New owners have been here about a year and you can see all of the new improvements! Cute store! Vending machines in the laundromat, one of the offers ice cream, and frozen food. 2 Huge dog parks and pet wash. Bathrooms are clean and staff is very friendly..

Small campground hosts/owners are very nice people. Bathrooms, water, and showers available. It’s a little windy but good place to stop and rest for the night.

The owners are wonderful and all employees have been fantastic! The sites are very close and not at all separated. It worked for us, but we like more space.

Nice to park for the night. Friendly staff. A bit dated - like the sewer didn’t have a screw in or hook. It just set on top. Very nice playground with a mix of old and new equipment. But I didn’t like the dirt under it as they kids and I got dirty feet super fast.

We got a spot under a tree for our RV at our request. We shared hook ups with the site next to us which kept neighbors close.

Very small pool. Decent washers and dryers. Good no nonsense stop. Very good WiFi.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very clean facilities and pool area. Good selection of goods in the office groceries as well as RV accessories. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I believe the bathroom facilities could use a little updating but a great little campsite overall and worth the price.

Convenient not necessarily cheep. Pretty close to battle of little bighorn. Pool was refreshing. I agree with the other review that the staff wasn't very enthusiastic about checking us in. I liked they were having a fund raiser and selling ice cream. Spots were flat. Power was ample. Sayed there summer of 2019

We stayed here as an overnight stop during our summer trip.

There is not much in Hardin at all, but the campground provide plenty of space with the sites. We had 50amp for our trailer and water and sewer hookups.

I don't think the staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic about their jobs...they seemed like they weren't too happy to have to deal with another camper showing up for the night.

There were quite a few other rigs there when we stayed, but no one that looked like they were staying for long term.

It’s the most reasonable place to camp if you’re stopping for the night to see the national monument.
