Animal sounds from nearby wildlife fill the nights at Grant Marsh, a fishing access site campground along the Bighorn River. Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks maintains seven or eight pull-in sites here, though only one or two accommodate RVs up to 28 feet in total length. Two sites sit directly on the riverbank.
The campground provides one vault toilet and garbage collection, with campfires and pets allowed throughout the area. Cellular service remains unavailable according to recent visitors. Access requires attention since GPS directions may lead to a private driveway rather than the actual campground entrance. For additional options, campers can explore places to camp around Hardin seven miles south.
