Nice spot for simple camp

Had a good night. If it's not busy you can hear the river from camp. There are a hand full of sites, couple others were here and we had no problems. There is enough trees to shade 90% of the camp through out and a wood line surrounding the area so it does not feel like you are camping in the middle of a wide open field. Wouldn't plan to use the bathroom and just head to the woods.. It is there if it's the biggest emergency but.. it's not a maintained bathroom sooo...

Would stay in a pinch

This site is right off a busy road, and there is one way In and same way out. Stayed here during my road trip from Ohio to Washington. The site is good with restrooms and fire ring. However when I was staying, at dark there were cars parked at the end with its lights on. I was the only one there and many random drive In and outs during the night (1 am 3 am,5 am). It’s very sketchy if you’re staying here solo and no one else is near by

Quiet but no facilities

Nice quiet campground by the river. There were no showers, the porta potty toilet was full and smelled awful. There was no running water or electricity. Otherwise it is a great place to catch a nap before moving on.

Nice little camp ground

Nice quiet camp ground with ample firewood. We used a pop up camper but saw a few 20-25 foot campers.

Quiet, perfect free campground

Camped here twice on weekdays and nobody else was here. Quiet, peaceful, and clean. There is a bathroom and is close to the river.

Rochester falls

I was amazed at this pocket of scenic beauty. When I arrived, the other campers were kind and helpful. The easy access to the beach there is incredibly helpful and the fishing was great. As a Rockhound, I found so many beautiful and unique minerals and made a lot of jewelry from it. I have zero complaints. Did I mention it was free?

Rochester Falls Access

Not really big rig friendly. One site, maybe. We got ours (43.5') in, barely. It's the first site out of the 6 or 7 here. Great for 30' travel trailers. Lots of trees for shade, but that limits sunlight for those that need solar. Some traffic noise, but not an issue indoors.
