AOK Campground & RV Park

This is a very clean and well kept campground. Some areas are very close together but I believe we are just all overnight campers in this area. They do have larger campground areas. The bathrooms are kept clean and have nice showers. The pool is also well kept. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here in June of 2026.   The Campground Managers were friendly and helpful.  The campground and facilities were clean.  We would stay here again.  Nice area to explore.

A little dusty, gravel sites, i was in 29.. has pool , updated facilities, playground..

We booked at the last minute while traveling through and heading home. When we came in after hours, we had our envelope ready with a map and route to our campsite. The campsites were nice, level gravel sites. The dogs enjoyed all the extra room, grassy areas, and small trail to explore.

We were traveling and was looking for an overnight stop. This was very easy off the interstate but once there you felt like you were miles out in the country. Yes.. if you were listening for it you could hear some road noise. But it really wasn’t invasive at all. The sites appear mostly all level and gravel. We had a pull through and it was perfect for overnight. Full hook up and shade. We travel with a dog and so much lush green grass to explore and walk was a plus for us. There is a dog park but I didn’t look for it so can’t comment on it. Didn’t use the bath house either. Owners were great and met us even after hours when we arrived to make sure we were in the spot correctly. Would definitely recommend. They have a few tent sites that looked very nice. Site A was really tucked into the back and had lots of vegetation and privacy. The pool was small but was clean and fenced.

Traveling through on a cross country trip. Needed a spot to camp from my motorcycle. I was given a giant secluded spot by the pond, separate from the RV area. Has a lovely looking pool that was open, clean showers, and fire wood for sale. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason it isn't getting 5 stars is the proximity to the freeway, you can hear it very clearly (jake brakes and all) continuously.

Camped here on Oct 5, 2023. RV parks are not our preferred place to camp. Prefer to camp with our campervan in dispersed or primitive campsites. That being said, this campground was really good for an overnight stay during our trip north to Minnesota. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The property and restrooms/showers were very, very clean and well maintained. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in dog park with is on the property. The campground has ponds. Other campers were friendly and respectful.

Very well cared for site. It's been well established for many years. I was visiting friends in St. Joe and was surprised to learn her parents used to came there many decades ago. It was a KOA and the new owners have kept it up to those standards. The owners/managers are friendly and acknowledged me by name when I walked up to register. A bit of freeway noise but not too bothersome, Great stay!

Reasonable price for all the amenities. Super clean and staff was super nice. They were renovating around the office and showers, but nothing inconvenient.

Very clean, hot showers, wifi, a pool, a park, and your own firepit and picnic table. Very nice and worth the money.

They clearly work hard to keep the grounds nice. Lots of grass. Appreciate the back to back campsites so your neighbors sewer isn't in your area.

It’s great for one night. Site 8 is pull thru. Big shade tree. Owners very nice. Good Sam discount. Can hear highway but no big deal.

Easy access off of highway, well maintained grounds and facilities. Very, very clean bathrooms and laundry. Hosts present and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.

We came in after the office was closed and the owners were very nice and accommodating. He showed us to our campsite and directed us in like an airplane- what a sense of humor. The campgrounds were very well taken care of, you could tell they took pride in them. We had full hook-ups. The sites were a little close together and you could hear some highway noise, but in all the campground was pretty. There was a small lake where you could fish(catch and release only) and even a kayak you could take out. There was a pool, a playground, a sand volleyball area, and a basketball area. The shower house was very clean. The tent area was nice with lots of room between them. We would have stayed longer than one night, but we were on our way to the Ozarks.

Ppeople kept to themselves, owners were very sweet. Brought fire wood to us, has a pool for summer monthes.
