Not a resort

We didn't care for this spot too much. It's an open park with a lot of traffic going in and out and the weekend even more due to the boat launch. When I booked I saw resort and figured it was the best I could find in the area. Not quite sure what they mean by resort? Maybe the pool? You are just paying for a parking spot water, electric and sewer. The place is kinda run down and it has a lot of people that live here. The ones passing through have another part with some concrete pads. The good thing about this place is the water pressure and the lady at the entrance is very nice. I hate to leave bad reviews as the locals seem to like this place, but that's the point the locals come in and out for the boat area, restaurant and use amenities like laundry. When you advertise your place as a resort it's under the impression that you're paying for the perks just for you and the others paying. Even though the park is big there's no trails or much to walk. The other part of the park is where the full timers are and the area doesn't look too nice. If you're looking for a spot for a few days or to rest in your travels then this isn't bad just don't expect an actual RV resort this is more like a trailer park resort which is great if you plan to live here. The RV hookups work and we didn't get robbed so there goes by stars.

Over Flow is a Hidden Gem

Due to an emergency we made last minute reservations and Indian Point was very accommodating and helpful. However being so last minute we were put into the overflow lot. Little known to us, this is the best spot to be! Now it is a little more like a “parking lot” but the space we gained is amazing. We are backed up to an enormous hill with maintained grass and trees! We brought our three dogs and our 3 year old and the space was perfect to let them run and lose some energy. Only draw back of this camp ground is they do not allow private bonfires. Other than that everything was very nice. I would give it 5 stars but it wasn’t the most clean place we have stayed.

Awesome spot

Out of the way and right next to the river. Affordable, hot clean showers, laundry and a cafe on site. Everyone was nice and it was quiet and night.

Great location

We recently stayed in a cabin with 4 kids. This campground was perfect. The girls enjoyed being able to play outside and the pool. The scenery was gorgeous as well.

I liked that it was close to Biloxi/Ocean Springs but it is off the beaten path and peaceful. It was great with the kids because the cabin has everything we could need and we didn’t have to go out to eat for meals. We could enjoy just hanging out.

The cabins are slightly dated but very clean. The staff was friendly and so were other campers. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.
