Recommend!

This campsite was awesome. I was worried it would be lacking privacy but I was wrong. We stayed on a Tuesday night. So not many people were there making it quite private depending on the site you reserve.

The showers and bathrooms are very clean! Sites were quite level as you are on concrete pad. The park next door is a must visit especially if you are camping with a dog, a great place to go for a walk.

Beautiful views, clean amenities and relatively quiet.

My only complaint might be how dirty the fire pits were. Previous campers left aluminum cans, cigarette butts, bloody/dirty napkins and cloths? It was a bit gross but we didn’t use the fit pit so no big deal for us.

Overall a nice place and would stay there again.

Nice Night

On our way home to Texas, this looked to be a good spot and indeed it was. Full hookups and a nice river. We had a mixup on spaces, so was refunded the fee which was nice. I would stay here again.

Fantastic little campground

When we first arrived the campground had less than a half dozen other campers but as we got to the weekend it filled up quite nicely. The grounds remained very quiet. Nice large clean and level sites with great hookups. Large clean and cool bathhouse. Nice, easy, and pretty walk to where the KY River and OH River meet and to historic downtown Carrollton. Also a great place to stay when wanting to visit parts of the Bourbon heritage sites; it was an easy and gorgeous drive to Frankfort or Louisville. We'll look to stay here again should we use 71 for our travels.

Hot August days, a delightful place!

First time at 2Rivers; cannot give this place enough stars! From the public bathrooms/showers that were immensely clean (and emailed password protected), to the connecting trails right from your back door to both the Kentucky and Ohio river, there is an activity for everyone. It takes someone who has has a sloped slab to truly appreciate a fully concrete level slab with…INDIVIDUAL HOOKUPS! Yes, this was incredible! No community water, each site has their own water, sewer, and electric hookup. We brought our two dogs and they loved swimming in the rivers and running on the acres of freshly mowed park grass. Within minutes of a courthouse town with a great sporting good store! If the August heat would have been slightly less dramatic, this would have been the perfect weekend! Highly recommend

On the river

We've been to this campground two times as shake down trips. It is well maintained and quiet. There is a walking path under a bridge to Point Park. You can walk on a paved sidewalk along the Ohio river. We did not use the bathhouse, but you need a code to get in. There is also work out equipment available. We will be returning, especially when the weather cools

Clean easy campground

Two Rivers is a smallish campground adjacent to a park. The bathrooms were clean and the hosts were pleasant. There are cement pads and plenty of pull though sites. It suited our needs perfectly as a stop over.

Very Nice!

Two Rivers is a fairly new, city run campground close to I-71 and adjacent to the Ohio and Kentucky Rivers. All sites are FHU, about half of them are pull-through and all are on level pads for the rig with adjoining concrete pads with picnic tables. There is a playground for kids, a very nice bathhouse and free WiFi. We’ve stayed here on our way to and from Nashville and are doing so again this year. Can’t recommend enough!
