Doesn’t get much better for dispersed/primitive camping. I stayed just south of boat ramp at a spot just off the road. Clean camping area with a fire pit. The lake is beautiful, clean, and very fish friendly. It was quite and secluded. I can’t wait to go back. The entire land between the lakes area is amazing. I’d bring some wood, everything there seemed permanently damp
Jones Creek was easy to find once we went completely out of our way down 351 off Rt453 in Land Between The Lakes.
If!!! You go down Rushing Creek Rd instead there is a gravel road spur that takes you right there. That being said 351 was a blast in a 4x4…..only drivable in a lifted 4x4.
The gravel road to the Boatramp area is well maintained and if you have your annual back country pass you can primitive camp in the area.
