Mallard Ponds Fishing Site
Mallard Ponds Fishing Site is located near the Pike and San Isabel National Forests and Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands in Kansas. The area features flat grasslands and scattered ponds, with temperatures ranging from lows in the 20s Fahrenheit in winter to highs in the 90s Fahrenheit in summer. Located east of Cimarron Recreation Area on FS Road 700, these man-made ponds are stocked with fish by the Kansas Dept of Wildlife and Parks. Please refer to Kansas Dept of Wildlife and Parks for further information regarding licensing, size limit and etc.

Directions
From Elkhart, Kansas, take Hwy 27 north approximately 7 miles. Just before the river, turn east on FS 700. Continue 5-6 miles. Pond is on north side of the road.
