I love Muscatatuck Park

It's so peaceful and a lot of wildlife. When there's not a lot of people you can see a couple of deer and if your lucky a fox. And a lot of trails

Perfect for car camping

We spent all Saturday in the neighboring towns, enjoying the beautiful fall scenery, and were happily surprised with just how gorgeous and large this park was. There were some sites in the park we wanted to check out but the non-stop rain made us head out pretty early the following morning.

The staff was incredibly helpful over the phone when I spoke to them and even recommended a primitive spot that would work for my family and the friends we came with. Park was quiet at night and we lucked out and had no neighbors.

The bathrooms were nice as well. Cannot complain about indoor plumbing! They even have showers if you stayed a long weekend.

We will definitely be staying here again.
