Beautiful Park

We got here about 3:30 on a Friday and we got the last spot. They have a lot , but we’re full. The lady at the gate was very nice. It cost $36 for us since we were from out of town. The sites are very nice. Long paved with water and electric on one side and the pick-nik table behind us. It has 1…

New owners & name. Worn out.

A lot of trees are dead or gone. The office person has never heard of The Dyrt app, so no discount. 30 amp electric & water for 39 a night. Think it's on it's way down. Hope they prove me wrong. Oh! It is nestled between the freeway & the railroad tracks. Quaint.

Welcoming and quiet

We called on our way east from Boise an hour before they closed and they were super pleasant. We were able to grab a 30amp spot since it was hot outside and we had our pets. It was very affordable for power only ($20 in 7/21) and they were apologetic that they didn’t have a full service hookup for…

On the river

Spent 2 nights here when they reopened for the season. Gravel roads/sites, FHU, pull-thrus & back-ins. No shade. Next to greenway along Snake river, great for walking & views. Playground. Near train tracks but few trains & rarely heard a horn.

Hot springs were great, park was standard

Stayed here one night at the end of June. No sign of COVID restrictions but seemingly everything is opening back up. Pull through spot was standard fare, not crazy crowded nor particularly spacious. We did enjoy the hot springs in the morning, springing for a private pool. Worth noting that there…

nice spot, weird amenities

i loved my campsite on the water….got afternoon shade. nice wifi signal. i am surprised that they don’t offer showers or running water, since it is available in abundance. i think it is silly that you have to pay extra for the pool. this place is great but overpriced

Not my cup of tea!

The park is situated between homes and the campsites are small! We could not put two tents and an awning on our campsite! The campsites are not cohesive with elderly or handicapped due to the terrain! You have to drive your kayaks, canoes etc. quite a ways to launch! Plus... great paved bike trail…

Great Experience

The staff is outstanding, the facility is clean and attractive, the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Smells like sewage

When I arrived, the place is a smallish cute rv park. I went to dinner and came back and the whole park smelled like sewage. The office was closed, so I couldn’t ask if it was there dump tank or another source. Nonetheless, it smelled horrible.

Beautiful Only word to describe

Near the Snake River. Beautiful green, shaded park. Fantastic camp staff. Ice and Firewood honor system purchase. Multiple dump stations. We were here during a 105 degree heatwave, the RV felt much cooler thanks to the trees. Excellent choice and beautiful grounds.

Popular campground

Beautiful campground with a lot of Oregon Trail history. Spacious circle campground with green grass center. More expensive on weekends.

Beautiful and Historically Significantl

We were about I hour early and the really nice person at the gate welcomed us and directed us to the Day Use area to wait. Wow! We were blown away. It was a large, lush, green, tree shaded area by the Snake River. There is also a new, really nice, Visitors Center with a film and displays about the…

Great family campsite

Can’t explain it but I just love this campsite. Not the biggest or best KOA I’ve been too but the mixture of the friendly staff, clean campsites, and cool little gift shop just gets me! Stay here you won’t regret it!

Great views!!!

We just went to 1000 springs this past weekend. A total of 12 of us in two separate spots. One right on the water and the other in the middle section in the tent camping area. The water was wonderful and we were able to paddle over to Ritter island on our paddle boards. The campsites are decent…

Even the camp sites weren't social distancing

It was only 6 steps from one site to the next. Cost was exceptionally high for the pool/hot spring access. Plus the $20 for tent site. Would not go again. We went for the night sky, but the close proximity other campers made it not so good. Also, I dont usually mind bugs but this was ridiculous!!…
