Managed by the Bureau of Land Management within its Upper Snake Field Office, Bill Frome County Park sits on the shore of Lake Henry near campgrounds around Island Park. The campground has 30-plus spaces, vault toilets, and picnic tables, and accommodates rigs up to 50 feet. It costs nothing to camp here. A boat dock provides lake access, though fishing from the dock is not permitted. Bugs from the lake are a noted drawback, particularly in summer. Anglers wanting a different setup can check out Henry's Lake Boat Ramp roughly 2.6 miles southeast.
