Spontaneous Hot Spring Stay

Called and reserved a spot to camp in our van within a few hours of arrival. Low priced, beautiful setting, lots to do. Private hot springs pool and a large community pool. Kayak and party barge rentals, fishing, and fun! Woke to the smell of cows, but it is farmland. Waterfalls all along the drive everywhere! Beautiful setting.

Perfect getaway spot

If you have a van ask for the riverside tent space (if you don’t require hookups) - we loved it and it had more privacy than the other spots. The bathrooms and showers were clean and open 24/7. There is laundry available as well.

We enjoyed the spring pool and also rented some kayaks to go to Blue Heart Springs - 100% recommend that!

They also had private hot springs to rent and it was perfect to unwind for the night.

Not many spots available, so call ahead or book online in advance. It’s definitely worth it!

Beautiful area

Call ahead! This place is off the beaten path. We got there with our rv and they luckily had one space for us. The 1000 springs area is awesome. Great paddleboarding. Waterfalls and hot springs all around.. Check out Shoshone falls nearby.

Miracle Hot Springs Review right on the Snake River

We stayed at the Miracle Hot Springs resort which is the secondary resort on the other side of the road from Banbury due to needing a pull through. The Hot Springs were great with multiple pools and also private pools if you would like. The market just sells a couple candy and ice cream type foods which is good for the kids.

Keep in mind, Dyrt is incorrect for Miracle - NO WIfi or cell service in park, which I didn't mind, just was not prepared for. The showers are at the Pool, not the campground and do not have any curtains, just make sure your stuff is spread out so no one peaks around the wall at you and you should be fine. We had privacy at the park which was nice.

I would not come again to this location, but if you are looking for a simple stay with inexpensive access to Hot Springs then this is perfect place to visit.

Idaho beauty

This campground was very small and serene. A ways off the main freeway and a scenic drive through farmland and rural homes. It had great bathrooms and showers. The sites were tight and back in only. Not very level. There is little to none cell service. I was a little mislead looking at photos, there is a hot spring pool that is crowded but the natural hot springs that are crystal clear blue water are actually called Blue Heart Springs and are located by kayak 30 minutes away. The waterfalls are not on the property and are on the road back to the freeway. The river is not swimable at the campground.

Great campground!

We found this little gem on the way to Utah. The camp was great. The tent sites were very nice and grassy, each one having their own picnic table and firepit. There was good parking in the grass in front of the site.

For RV's, there were many sites that were shaded and accessible.

There was a shower house and laundry facility. Hot springs were available for a fee.

Amazing

Went there for a short weekend and we had a blast. There was plenty of shade and the river was awesome. The hot springs pool was huge my kids had a lot of fun. The staff was very nice. The only thing if you in a trailer the ground is very uneven just bring leveling blocks and you will be good!

Was really amazing

We went to Shoshone falls for a few hours and needed a place to camp. We saw Banbury Hot Springs and we decided to go there. It was AMAZING. There was a beautiful view and we were right on the river. There is a giant hot spring pool. We went kayaking for two hours and there were so many beautiful birds. Lots of Mexican food around! Campsites were in beautiful shape. Highly recommend this campsite.

Relaxing

Midweek RV stay in April was quiet and relaxing. Not all stalls are RV friendly, my friend had to move due to her trailer would not level. Park hosts extremely nice to work with. Dog friendly park. Pool is older but the water was toasty warm to soak in especially in cold weather. Changing room was clean. I will be back as I noticed there is a dock to go kayaking.

Relaxation at its best

It has the option to either spend time out on the Snake River with kayaks or one could enjoy the natural hot springs. They also have a neighboring hot springs which is can be used if one is looking to soak a little more.

A Hot Spring Oasis on the Snake River, Idaho

We LOVE this campground! We have a 27' Travel Trailer and we booked a full hook-up site at this location in Buhl, Idaho along the Snake River. It was $20/night. We camped for a couple of nights at the end of May. The weather was perfect and the river was at a steady flow. The staff was awesome! They were very friendly and accommodating. The hot springs itself was a nice touch. We had our own private room, plus the pool was very comfortable. The site is small and not very many RV sites. There were a few tent sites there as well. They rent kayaks but we brought our own. Very good fishing for trout and bass. We kayaked down stream to the Thousand Springs Bed and Breakfast Winery where we did some wine tasting and bought a few bottles, which we took back to camp. We also paddled to Thousand Springs to see the waterfalls coming down. Another hidden gem that we paddled to was Blue Heart Springs. It was a hidden cove with crystal blue water coming from the depths of the lake. We would definitely visit this location again!!!

Beautiful Campground and awesome Hot Spring!

The Campground is beautiful tucked along the Snake River and scattered with massive beautiful trees. The grass is green and the ground is soft. The group tent sites are a great deal at $20 a night for up to 5 tents. The advantage of camping in March was that there were no other tent campers, but the RV lots were quite full. Gary the camp host is a great guy and very friendly and smoothed over a situation where we had to move campsites between nights. The Banbury Hot spring is a huge pool nearly 100 years old and is the perfect temperature and a blast for all ages. If you buy a swimming pass it also gets you into Miracle Hot springs just about a mile away which is great to relax in with multiple pools and varying temperatures. Fun time!
