Long Ridge Campground was established in the late '90's and has been one of Northern Georgia's best kept secrets. Come visit our beautiful, small and quiet campground nestled in the heart of Hiawassee, Ga. We are only a mile and a half from the shores of Lake Chatuge where fishing and water sports abound! Come to hike, horseback ride, play a round of golf or do some mountain biking. Take a day trip to Helen or Brasstown Bald and return to relax around your campfire. We offer amenities you would expect at a much larger resort - full hook-up sites, 30amp and 50 amp service available. Bath house with hot showers and flush toilets. We also offer conveniently located flush toilets for our primitive sites for tent campers near the camp store / office. The sounds of two creeks can be heard trickling throughout the campground.

Located 4 miles from Hiawassee and 21 miles from Helen. From GA Hwy 76 in Hiawassee, to GA Hwy 288 (Sunnyside Rd) to mile marker "3" (which is Burch Branch Rd). Turn on to Burch Branch Rd (only 1 way to enter Burch Branch Rd - either left or right depending if you have come from the east or west). Proceed less than 1/2 mile to campground entrance on your right.
