Florida Sand Music Ranch

The Florida Sand Music Ranch is a small campground that has big music events throughout the year. We are her for a 3-day blues music festival. But if you’re looking for a quick stop, they have a ton of open sites Monday through Wednesday. If they are having an event, it will start getting busy (maybe 50%) on Thursday, and full on the weekends.

There was a decent variety of campsites available depending on how social you would like to be. My complaint was the constant road noise from I-75. Great place for events and large groups.

We are at this campground to attend a bluegrass music festival and found it very organized and clean. Lots of amenities and things to do.

We go for the blues and woodstock festival. They also have other festivals throughout the year. Money made from festivals helps support the campground so they can offer free camping to youth groups!! It is a beautiful location.

This place here is so nice. It has rolling hills as you come into the check in of the ranch/campground. Located in Brooksville Florida, you will find more of Florida's nature hidden here. There's a swamp like lake in the back with plenty of birds to see. They also have bathroom and shower units as well as rv hookups. If your looking for primitive camping you will absolutely find it amongst the trails on the far left. I have been here 5 times. They hold an annual festival called orange blossom jamboree that is loads of fun. Plenty of shaded areas. Perfect walking distances from your camp to music and vendors and I feel totally free out there. Feels like home away from home :) don't forget to set up your hammock out here.

Sertoma Youth ranch is located in Dade City, Forida off a dirt road. It has water and electric hookups and a dump station. There are several bath houses and a large gathering pavilion to hold church services or concerts. It has been renovated little by little and gets better every year. There is a creek that runs through the property, a playground and a basketball court. These are the main areas where kids congregate. The sites are dirt and grass and some are pretty unlevel. What we love the most about Sertoma is the serene country setting with cows out in the pasture and the one way in and out makes it a safe secure place for our church families to meet and fellowship. a very relaxing place to camp that is reasonably priced.
