Do not stay!!!!

Horrible management, the president is a joke I will never stay again.  The majority of the people that live in the park are nice but there are also a lot of nasty people, just horribly mean and very nosy.  Terrible place!! Wish I could put 0 stars

Beware!

Managed by a dysfunctional(IMO) HOA board. The board president apparently doesn't think it necessary to treat campers with respect nor follow FL statutes. We were there for almost three months (Dec 2022- Feb 2023). We were quiet and kept to ourselves. Three weeks before we were scheduled to leave, we were evicted without reason, no discussion, no written notice per FL statutes. We were told if we didn't leave by the end of day, the sheriff would be called. We are not drinkers or partiers; this type of treatment is totally foreign to us. After returning home we sent two separate letters requesting an explanation as to why we were evicted- both have been ignored. At least have the courage and decency to respond! Otherwise- PROS: Paved, shaded sites. Nice pool. Nice gatehouse workers. CONS: Close sites. Poor water pressure. Inadequate Internet service. Sewer lagoon next to campground often smells. Lots of barking dogs. Location is 20 minutes from most stores, restaurants,& gas stations. Owners seem to be cliquish and contentious when it comes to the board.

Nice Park For A Quick Stop

This really is a very nice park with large sites that are all paved and very easy to get into and out of. We had no issue getting our 36' 5th wheel in and had tons of room to park our truck. Lots of mature trees. The campground is in one section and the seasonal / permanent residents are in another, but everything is very well maintained. Nice dog park. Common area with a community fire pit. Nice laundry and bathrooms. Very clean. In the seasonal area is truly the most amazing salt water pool we have ever come across. It is HUGE and heated and very enjoyable. A bit of a drive to get to anything, but close enough.

Very quiet, lots of space

Very nice campground, it is a resort style, but cheaper than many other "normal" campgrounds. We paid around 20/ night.

There is a 55+ community using the same entrance and sharing the pool and park.

The campground was about 1/2 full when we were here.

There are very clean bathrooms with showers and laundry. The pool is pretty big, it is almost brand new, and has all the pool noodles you will ever need.

It looks like all the sites have shade from giant pines. They smell great!

The area is rural and very quiet. Its a 10 min drive to town and 30 to the ocean.

Cell service with Verizon is good, but there is 50+mb/s WiFi.

We would come again!

Beautiful campground

We found this campground thru Passport America . We stayed 2 nights and was very happy about this campground. Staff was very nice and helpful, nice pavillion with huge firepit, but most impressive was the individual covered grilling area with lockable storage cabinet. Will definately return!!!!
