Pleasant Lake RV Resort

Spent a few months here at the end of 2021 and could not have been happier with the experience. Well maintained campground with quite a few year-round residents it was pretty (for a suburban area), clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The Staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. We left at the onset of ‘peak season’ so can’t really speak for what it is like during the busy winter months, but feel pretty confident the vibe is the same there year-round. The site we were in was on the easternmost edge of the property and we enjoyed the shade every morning (kind of a rarity in Florida).

This is a beautiful place with beautiful views. Super clean everywhere. There is a lovely pool, billiard room, exercise and game room, etc. very easy to get to. There is a security gate. A code will be provided. We did not have any luck getting wifi, but we have a Verizon Hotspot, and only one bar. To log in, there was a requirement to provide personal information, which we weren’t comfortable with. Cable TV seemed like a “hassle” for us. The office sends you into the city of Bradenton to pick up a receiver from Spectrum TV. It seemed like a hassle. We used our satellite service.
