It's o.k.

We were trying to find a place near Ruskin kind of last minute, they had an available spot.We were literally in our neighbors yard.We needed to stay longer to finish rv repairs, ended up staying 5+ months.there are alot of nice people there, but alot of full-time residents. From our experience there were several cliques which is not our thing, nice pool, nice dog park, they have alot of activities (bingo, cornhole, pickleball).they are doing cosmetic upgrades, but need infrastructure upgrades (low water pressure, several electric outages)
