Urban Camping

PROS

No reservation fee charged

Camp Host Chris immediately and voluntarily came to our site to lend his knowledge on backing a 28ft trailer into site A16. Very helpful and friendly!

Nice privacy from neighboring sites due to heavy vegetation

Site A16 level

Site A16 partial shade

Metal fire ring

Moveable metal and wooden picnic table

Campground WIFI

Security gate closed 6pm and assessable with code that was provided at check-in

Security codes required for bathhouse entry

3 bars T-Mobile

CONS

No senior or veteran discount

Train, plane and traffic(lots of sirens) noise was nonstop and very loud

Campsite crammed together

A16 has two large trees on each side of the 12 foot wide campsite entrance

Bring you A GAME as this campground road is very tight with lots of turns

All utilities hookups are at the rear of site A16

Not the best part of town

Nice surprise

Close to 95 and actually quiet. It’s like a little forest in the city.

Just off I-95 but great wooded campground

Full services, great cell service, huge disc golf course, massive kids play area, nice pond with ducks and swans, lots of trails and bike paths. Full hookups and also a primitive campsite for tents.

my weekend go to

I have been here multiple times due to good facilities quiet neighbors and close access to home. As someone else pointed out the east end of Easterlin is on the Tri-Rail tracks and you do get significant noise so make sure you are a heavy sleeper.

Siteall times of the year and many individual sites but tend to like 35.

Small quaint campground

Great place to pull over on your way to the Florida Keys or Miami for an overnight stay. Showers, charcoal grills and a small kids playground are the highlights of this park.

Native Forest in a Tropical Climate

I have been here a few times mainly to use the trails for disc golf. This park is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of South Florida life. Calm and serene park with plenty of activities to enjoy with friends and family.
