Topeekeegee Yugnee Park places its RV campground at the back of a large city park in Hollywood, Florida, where sites sit on paved concrete pads with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer. The layout is open with little shade directly at the sites, though mature trees line the western side of the broader park. Reviewers consistently note the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers, and several mention that staff responded quickly to maintenance issues. The campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet and runs year-round, with nightly rates between $35 and $56.
Noise is worth factoring into trip planning. A commuter rail line runs behind the campground, with at least one early morning train reported around 4 a.m. Highway traffic adds additional background sound depending on the time of day. The park itself closes at 8 p.m., though campers can enter through the exit gate until midnight and reach security by phone after that. Darren F. sums up the tradeoffs plainly: "Clean park friendly staff," with the train and gate hours as the two main drawbacks.
The surrounding city park gives campers access to a water park, volleyball courts, gazebos with grilling areas, and a paved walking path around a large lake. WiFi is available on-site and reviewers describe it as fast. Laundry facilities are also on the premises. The campground is close to restaurants and retail, making it a functional base for exploring the campgrounds near Hollywood area more broadly. Campers looking for a different setup nearby may want to check out Northcoast Park & Marina, about two miles north.
