Bay Aire is a 55 plus, gated, RV park community with 170 total RV sites accommodating RVs up to 42 ft.

Whether you decide to relax on the patio, enjoy our heated pool, meet with friends at the recreation center, browse our library or just stroll the grounds and socialize with fellow RVers, we believe you will have a welcoming experience at Bay Aire!

All sites are full hookup with 30 and 50 amp service available and free access to Wi-Fi internet.

Each site has a gravel base with a concrete pad. We have a propane fill station on site for your convenience.

The gulf is located across the street with a marina and boat launch nearby, and we have limited storage sites available for your trailer and small watercraft!

Perfect Location!

Perfect location can walk...bike...launch a boat or even hop on the trolley to get anywhere....Restaurants and grocery store right outside the gate....Great pizza joint with live music...We loved it here...so welcoming and staff is so friendly...The campground is very clean the bathrooms are spotless with great showers...laundry is cheap to do...You couldn't ask for a better park in this location...! Everyone is so welcoming!
