We are 10 mins from the I-70 and the downtown district. Our urban camp site is a paved 35ft driveway with access to 50 amp electric and water. NO SEWER HOOKUPS. We have room for a small tow vehicle, otherwise there is plenty of off-street parking in the neighborhood. Max rig size 32 feet
Bonus seasonal side patio for you to get out of your rig and enjoy some outdoor relaxation.
7-day maximum stay.
Fishing in Gold metal waters of the Roaring Fork River is within a short walking distance
right off the bike path to town.
Appreciate our neighbors as your own and have respectful noise levels while outside your rig.
