This campground is a great central location for everything around Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. It is very close to Garden of the gods park and red rock open space. A short drive to the Helen Hunt Falls Parking and Pikes Peak.
I had a great experience at Garden of the Gods RV resort. They must have changed owners or management in the past year because the older reviews I saw weren't as glowing.
The park was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, there's 24 hour laundry, showers, electric and sewage hookups with a…
The park is conveniently located close to everything to do in Colorado Springs. Spaces were VERY close together. There is no view of any of the surrounding beauty.
Nice and cozy
This campground is very close ( about a mile) from the famous garden of the gods natural monument. Tights are close. We heard traffic all night as our site backed up to the road.
I had reserved and paid for 2 site with mountain view rv. Due to road contruction and detour we were expecting to arrive late to the rv camp, a little later than 9pm. I called 3 times during the day, to explain why we might arriving late, the 2nd time I called, I was told the owner would call me…
Very clean and safe RV Park. The employees are so nice and respectable. The restroom are so clean. If you need help the employees are there to help. Offer propane and wood. Been here since December 2000 to now.
Quiet place with wonderful views
Maiden voyage with new toy hauler: many full service & large lots, LOTS of family activities (Royal Gorge, Dinosaur Museum, White Water Rafting, UTV Tours, Zip Lines, mini golf, pool, WiFi & large slide on site) & nearby Texas Creek trails for ATV’s. Quiet. Friendly! Helpful. Most are…
This has to be one of the nastiest campgrounds I have ever seen. Located next to a major highway and a creek inhabited by homeless. The campground is primarily filled with full time residents and extremely tight spots. Anything of value left outside is very likely to be stolen.
friendly staff and nice showers
Easy access and not too far out of Pueblo or Cañon City. We didn't venture much further than the gate at the latrine, but we saw people coming out so I can assume there are spots further in. It's dispersed camping, so not fancy but a great place to park our teardrop for the night.
Drug dealer lives there
Loved how secluded it was.
Go here for the location and views. Good park for the kids to enjoy. Tight spots and some “pull through” sites aren’t actually pull through. This isn’t the spot to hang out but you’re so close to the places you’ll want to be spending your time that this is a fine place to rest.
