Very clean and maintained

Our one night stay here on a holiday weekend was great! Very peaceful. Everything is well organized. Each camp site is numbered. It's just like a paid campground but without toilets and water. So bring your own. Enjoy

For iPhone users use google maps. Or it will take you to a dead end private road. This site is also two other names on here also! The chutes and ladder one and also the mesa verde dispersed! So leaving this review on all of them to help out! 15 sites and lots of open spots on a Saturday evening.

Area is buggy and dusty but great views of the rocks and secluded!

Couldn't find the road

This does not exist. I couldn't find the road - drove by several times 🤷‍♀️ Thankful there was a rest area a mile before this said camping spot.

Perfect for Mesa Verde

The perfect spot if you plan to visit Mesa Verde nearby. The road is a bit difficult for a RV, with a lot of holes but the sites are worth it. If you have a big RV I recommend you stay in the lower camp sites where you have plenty of space

Got here on a Sunday night at 9pm and site 7 was open. Perfect spot if you're visiting Mesa Verde.

Apple Maps sent me the same way it did for Chites and Ladders and the BLM… down a dead end road to a residence.
