The Cove RV Resort

The drive to reach this Colorado River campground involves navigating what one camper describes as a "sketchy" access road, but the waterfront location delivers direct river access for boating enthusiasts. The Cove RV Resort accommodates RVs up to 55 feet with full hookups across sites that range from grassy areas to waterfront spots positioned directly above the beach.

Site spacing runs tight, though campers discover additional parking options near the entrance that provide more room once vehicles are relocated. The property features a boat launch adjacent to the beach area, along with amenities including a pool, game room with arcade equipment, and a small store. WiFi service receives consistent praise from visitors, while cell coverage varies by location within the campground.

Facility conditions draw mixed reactions from guests. Brittney C. found the bathrooms "spotless," while other reviewers report avoiding the shower facilities entirely due to maintenance concerns. The campground operates under a large natural gas pipeline that spans the river at this location. Summer months bring higher occupancy levels, while off-season visits offer a quieter atmosphere with reduced activity around the resort amenities.

The location works well for campers planning Colorado River activities or those seeking full-service camping near Blythe with direct water access.

Nice Spot Overlooking the River But Would Not Stay Again

We are in a site with full hook-ups. Campground wifi (with Winegard booster) is good. Everything about this campground is old and unkept. Wouldn’t touch the bathrooms, showers, or laundry facilities. We are parked underneath the huge gas pipeline that spans the Colorado River at this spot. Staff is nice and helpful.

Not sure we would do that again!

Little over priced for what you get! I normally don’t leave reviews but this is something everyone needs to know. Our spot was very nice, we were on the grass but the showers there are something to be less desired. We travel in a small trailer so we try and use the showers/restrooms when we can. We did not even hook up water to our trailer cause it was a jacked up homemade system.

Only had to stay cause we are helping family move, other than that we would have drove further to a different site.

Amazing campsite

Probably one of the best spots I’ve been to. We camped on the waterfront sites right above the beach and it was perfect. We had groups in F3, F4 and F5. The spots are a bit tight but once we found out the parking in the front (15 steps away) was free to park in the whole time we moved our truck and had plenty of room. The beach was great and the boat launch is right next to it. The store, game room (pool table, ping pong table, arcade games) and pool were awesome and really nice! Workers were great and kind. Free wifi and it worked great. Laundry mat, showers, bathrooms all in good condition. Not one complaint and cannot wait to be back.

Probably one of my favorite parks

This place is cracking!!! Cool vibes, nice people, spotless pool, grass everywhere, right on the river, full hook ups, they have a basketball court, arcade type thing for the kids and adults alike. Spotless and right on the water. I really appreciated the upkeep of this place. Makes being in the heat not so bad with all the lush grass and the river!!! This place was great for sure. Nice bathrooms as well.
Huge boat and extra vehicle parking. Rv and boat storage

Serviceable for 1 night off season

I bet this place is hopping during the summer, but in mid-November it felt sleepy in an abandoned sort of way. Everything was just fine; easy check in, level & clean spot not to tight. The drive in felt sketchy, definitely wondering what we were getting ourselves into. But once through the gate it felt safe enough. Pretty beachfront, terrible playground.
