Not well run

The place in unkempt, but that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that I don't seem to be getting any electricity and that's mainly what I came for. The woman from the office has gone awol. I paid $40 cash for one night. It is morning now. The woman never showed. I managed to figure out how to get electric on my own. On the plus side, the noise of the nearby freeway was faint enough to not bother me. I still give only one star.

A little ran down

Ran down and outdated. Pull through sites, back in sites both with full hook ups. Dump station Tables at some spots but not all You can get a very low rate here so negotiate because they don’t have much business and you can get a good price. This is also a mobile home park and In the back they have storage and extra parking if needed. The hosts are very nice. No showers No bathrooms
