Smal and nice campground with full hookups and dump station

We arrived late in the night, there is a sign with available places on the office entrance. Good restrooms. Dump Station and Hot water shower is free if you pay for Camping. Laundry is available as well. Paid for 1 night with electric and water hookup 52 $. Only Cash.

Okay for a pinch

Stayed one night on the way to Yosemite. Nasty snow rainy day. Restrooms and showers clean. Laundry good. Park needs some TLC. Unlevel sites. Cable had terrible connection. Wifi very weak.

Mono Vista

Been camping here for years, very nice and really clean. Nice family owned rv park and tent camping. Make sure if you come since it’s right next to the mountains be prepared for wind and rain, but usually passes pretty quick. About a two hour drive into Yosemite valley and only like 20 mins from Yosemite east entrance.

Great Campground close to east Yosemite entrance

This is a very functional Campground and super convenient to Yosemite and the Mammoth Lake area. Staff is friendly, grounds are tidy and bathrooms/showers are clean. Really enjoyed it.

Nice place to spend a few nights

We stayed here for four nights.  Originally only booked two, but because of the recent fires in the Sierra Mountains, many people had cancelled and the park wasn't very full.  So we added two more nights.  Very cute little town of Lee Vining along Highway 395 in California.  Our views of the mountains and Mono Lake were a bit obscured by the wildfire smoke drifting through the area as it was in much of the west at this time. But we could tell that without the smoke, the views would be awesome.  The spaces are bit close together, but nice lawns and facilities.  Walk to grocery store, Mono Cone burger joint, sporting goods/hardware store, etc.

Rude, mean, curt, only cash, no refunds, double booking/charging

I gave this location several 1 star reviews because the facilities are nice for many reasons. However, my experience was poor. The staff was rude, curt and cold. Their website is vague and missing a lot of information. When I emailed questions, even though they did answer them, it seemed as if I was a burden. Upon checking in the next morning, the man did not acknowledge me NOR look at me and the woman seemed annoyed at my presence. It was as if they were angry I was even there. They only take cash payments. I was so put off by their treatment of me, we found another site for two nights. They refused to refund us even though they were renting our already paid spot to additional guests- so, they were charging two guests for the site when only one was staying there. They put my reservation and night check-in envelope in the wrong name. It is not possible to get someone to communicate with outside of 8am-5pm. They require full payment up front or threaten to give your space away and refuse refunds. They demanded to have their shower tokens back even though they would not refund me for two nights I did not stay there and rented my already paid spot out to other guests. So, we stayed at another campground and went back to take our showers there and refill our water containers in the process. I threw the other remaining tokens in the trash. I have never been treated this way at any establishment. The office staff are just angry at life and want to make others miserable in the process. They have had so many complaints filed with the BBB that their business was removed from their site.

Amazing!

We loved this cute family owned and operated RV Park! They have tent sites as well as full and partial hookup sites for RVs. Showers, restrooms and laundry were Immaculate. Property is beautiful and well manicured. This is a fantastic campground if you plan on visiting Yosemite as it is only 12 miles from the main entrance and about 1 mike from HWY 120. Staff were very helpful and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Thank you Beaver Family! So fun to see all of the travelers come in on foot or in their RVs from all over the World. The only reason this gets a 4 star review is site size and no wood fires. You are very close together with minimal room outside your trailer.
